We can prepare domestic tenancy agreements ( “Shorthold Tenancies” ) and advise on and prepare the statutory notices which bring them to an end. Many private landlords find to their cost that they have not complied with the strict requirements of the law, rendering notices invalid.

We can act for landlords, both commercial and domestic, if it is necessary to apply to court to obtain repossession of tenanted properties.

We are also registered with the Deposit Protection Service. This means we can handle a tenant’s deposit so that it complies with the law relating to payment where there is a Shorthold Tenancy. A landlord can be severely disadvantaged if such a deposit is not lawfully secured.
