I found Booth Ince and Knowles from the solicitor.info website and chose them based on their ratings from other satisfied customers. I am based in London and was initially concerned about the distance of my solicitor from me. However after speaking with Janet she gave me great confidence that the distance was no obstacle and so it proved. The correspondence from Booth Ince and Knowles was always prompt via email, phone and post and the service was impeccable and they delivered within a tight time frame as we were trying to push our offer through to exchange before other offers for the property were accepted by the vendors. I dealt with Janet Davies throughout the whole process and found the her to be friendly and very helpful with advice and proactive. Buying or Selling property should be, it is conceived, a stressful experience. However having just completed business with Booth, Ince & Knowles I feel cheated, for after 6 months, conclusion in selling a property has left me without that stressful feeling. But on reflection I think I understand why - the Janet Davis syndrome - unflappable, human, patient, not what I as a southerner expected of a Northern solicitor. Now after 6 months my anti-stressful medication in the form of Janet has been removed, I am really at a loss, and I can only recommend that if buying or selling is on the horizon, and you want your rightful stressful few months then don't contact Booth, Ince & Knowles.

Both times have seen them extremely professional in their business and very thorough, ensuring details we weren\'t even aware of, were of were all correct. Both times have seen their company very approachable, timely and if said would contact us, did so on the time and date stated on all occasions. Have found them to be very professional in their manner, yet will discuss all matters in laymans terms for you, so that you are 100% aware of what is transpiring. Not once have we contacted them and been met with engaged calls, or not avail for any reason. Letters have been sent on a timely basis and their fees are very competitive to the general market Overall, we are extremely impressed with their services and woud not hesitate to use them for a third and subsequent occasions, should needs arise. I dealt with the hyde branch of booth, ince and knowles. Selling your home can be very stressful and in my instance it was a complicated case but the service I received from my solicitor at booth, ince and knowles was second to none. I had only dealt with call centre solicitors in the past which often left me very frustrated whereas with booth, ince and knowles the staff are friendly, personable and there are never any problems speaking directly to your solicitor. I will be buying a new house again in approx 6 months I will definately use them again, in particular Janet, who is a credit to her company.

I am based in London and was initially concerned about the distance of my solicitor from me. However after speaking with Janet she gave me great confidence that the distance was no obstacle and so it proved. Have sadly due to mum's departure had 2 separate occasions to use this solicitor. Initially for sale/conveyancing of her property & recently for will/probate needs. Janet Davies has on all occasions been superb. She has been a star & has made the whole process straight forward. Very professional, approachable and keen to give good guidance in laymen's terms. I personally will have no hesitation to use this solicitor in the future should i have need, guaranteed peace of mind. Felt they were competitive on their costs.

Buying or Selling property should be, it is conceived, a stressful experience. However having just completed business with Booth, Ince & Knowles I feel cheated, for after 6 months, conclusion in selling a property has left me without that stressful feeling. But on reflection I think I understand why - the Janet Davis syndrome - unflappable, human, patient, not what I as a southerner expected of a Northern solicitor. Now after 6 months my anti-stressful medication in the form of Janet has been removed, I am really at a loss, and I can only recommend that if buying or selling is on the horizon, and you want your rightful stressful few months then don't contact Booth, Ince & Knowles.

Buying a house is not something most people do very often and I had an additional challenge as I was trying to do this whilst still living in France. Booth Ince and Knowles and in particular Janet Davis were first class in the professional, helpful and enthusiastic service provided. Without their positive approach and encouragement it would have been a much more difficult experience and I have no hesitation in recommending the company, a first class service in all respects.

We have dealt with this Solicitor over more than 10years and we have found them to be professional, trustworthy, give us a personal touch (not just one of the clients but gets to know you & your companies needs). They have dealt with both general law, property law & business, wills & draiving law. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a personal touch & not just a mechanical drone. All the staff at Booth, Ince & Knowles were consistently helpful when I purchased property recently. Janet always offered practical and professional advice and remained very patient when, at one point, other people in the process became `difficult` She also proved that you dont need a solicitor on your doorstep as the 200 miles between us didn`t deter effective & efficient communication between us. I will be buying property for investment in the near future and Janet and her team will be contacted. Full marks to them all.

Have used Booth, Ince & Knowles twice now for our conveyancing needs. Both times have seen them extremely professional in their business and very thorough, ensuring details we weren\'t even aware of, were of were all correct. Both times have seen their company very approachable, timely and if said would contact us, did so on the time and date stated on all occasions. Have found them to be very professional in their manner, yet will discuss all matters in laymans terms for you, so that you are 100% aware of what is transpiring. Not once have we contacted them and been met with engaged calls, or not avail for any reason. Letters have been sent on a timely basis and their fees are very competitive to the general market Overall, we are extremely impressed with their services and woud not hesitate to use them for a third and subsequent occasions, should needs arise. We can highly recommend their services and am sure you will be 100% satiisfied with their overall service, whatever the matter. Well done Booth, Ince & Knowles, you have done us a great service for a second time, seeing each occasion is successful and went without any glitches at all. I dealt with the hyde branch of booth, ince and knowles. Selling your home can be very stressful and in my instance it was a complicated case but the service I received from my solicitor at booth, ince and knowles was second to none. I had only dealt with call centre solicitors in the past which often left me very frustrated whereas with booth, ince and knowles the staff are friendly, personable and there are never any problems speaking directly to your solicitor. I will be buying a new house again in approx 6 months I will definately use them again, in particular Janet, who is a credit to her company.
